The Landing in spring

 There's nothing like a Ranger ride to feel like spring is here and summer is close!  This little girl doesn't remember much of this...but she sure enjoyed this trip up to the Landing!

 It was a popular night for hang gliding and we enjoyed watching them!  Once my camera battery died, I was thankful to have my cell phone along!

March camping

 We thoroughly enjoyed our own 'long-weekend' of camping during spring break.  We found a great place to stay near Merritt.  We walked over to Spius Creek fish hatchery and were given an impromptu tour by a man working there! 

How many fish do you think are in this tank?  Look like 45,000 to you?!?  These were Coldwater Creek baby salmon

This broken down 'car' was a thrill to sit in for a few pictures :)

 There is nothing better than nature for play time.  The forecast for home had been wet, so we were thankful to only have one shower during the weekend.
