Time

It was time.
To take this mop of hair and give it a trim.

 
Said owner of hair doesn't exactly sit still though.
Ever.
But we did it. 

And it even looks cute.
Hard to tell in this picture, but that's okay.  Enjoy this - they are 'waving goodbye' this morning.
Which is funny because he's working literally across the street.  :)

it's piled high!

We have a LOT of snow.  We got a good dump...

then came more

and more...

and more...

It got colder

and stuck around.

We still went outside

and pulled sleds, made snow angels, and enjoyed the snow...

 This dump truck does not have a chance against this pile...

 

 Even our snow family looks cold with their winter hats of fresh snow...

 

This is Mt Cheam...

and the road is at the bottom of the picture

The rest is a huge drift, as tall as my truck, thanks to the wind on this road...

Cool, eh?!

And today we went to Gramma's house.  She has a VERY VERY big snow pile.  

Chelsie joined 3 others and Auntie Shelly in having fun on this monster!

  These brave kids went up and down for quite awhile, despite the spitting ice rain and -6 temperatures...

Ivan had been building towers all day,

and Gramma took out a video for these 5.

First so serious, then giggly about 'stinky feet' :)

indoor and outdoor adventures

We've enjoyed both indoor and outdoor fun lately.  

 Story time with Daddy...

 building cities...and documenting life as it happens...

 Barbie play time (they were watching hockey with her and Daddy :D)...

 crib snuggles together...

 dolly play time...and dress up time...

 A nice dump of snow sent us outdoors for some winter playtime :)

 Helping Daddy shovel the driveway...

 building a snow family...one for each of us...do you like the Mommy's hat, Auntie Willy of Denbow?

 quad adventures...a little cold, but very fun!

 And more Ranger adventures.  This sled worked fabulous being pulled by Daddy and Brynlie!

 Mommy and Brynlie even got their own ride :)

after we all first went out!  

She quite enjoyed her first snow play time :)

 But she was just as happy to be warm inside again!

I've been reminded again this week to treasure your loved ones.  We never know when we can lose a loved one.  Time with them is more important that so many other earthly things.  Give them an extra hug today :)
